'painted' and 'grow' is nice, but you could put something for the first part of the page? i do not know what? the text is lovely about chalks that keep disappearing as the child draws with them. so what word/image would you like to put here?
the last part of the page- i am not sure about. the extra curricular activities--- seem to me, ( i may be wrong about this) more about your life than his? ( except for the bullock cart) . in that time, would his mother have followed him everywhere? would such competitions have been often or rare? think, imagine more strongly and convince me?
