Baburao rents out Shivaji Theatres and on 1st December, puts up the board of Maharashtra Film Company. He still does not have the capital needed to make a film. Again Tanibai Kagalkar gives him the money. The story she reccomends is from the incident Keechak Vadh in Mahabharat. also look up 1919
